A project to re-paint all the lines and signs on the British Airways East and West maintenance bases, and replace the cat’s eyes on the base.
Prior to the new lines being painted, the old lines had to be removed. This was done using captive blasting. Cores were drilled for the cat’s eyes, before being set in resin.
Due to the high-traffic nature of the maintenance bases, close liaison with the client was critical to ensure smooth running.
