RK Air replaced and installed 500Dn all flanged Ductile Iron pipework across the LHR Eastern Balancing Reservoir middle pond bridge. We used a barge to get the pipework into position, and deployed a floating pontoon as a safe working platform for the operatives. The pipework was then fixed to custom-made bracketry.
Despite the adverse working conditions and complexity of the installation, we are delighted to report that this project was completed on time and within budget.
